Job Description:

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

·Seven (7) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

·Possess a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

·Seven (7) years of FTE experience applying analytical processes on enterprise IT projects. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design, developing and implementing technical solutions including, but not limited to, privacy and security, development standards, and statewide stakeholder’s collaboration.

·Four (4) years of FTE experience leading and/or working on the most complex enterprise IT applications design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation and support of new or existing application software.

·Eight (8) years of FTE experience in agile applications software development principles and methods for the design, development, testing and implementation of new or modified application software. At least five (5) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity and include experience operating system installations and configurations, including documentation, that align enterprise IT systems with organizational business processes.

·Five (5) years of FTE experience as an Administrative level user of Atlassian tools. Including, but not limited to, Jira Align, Jira Software, and Confluence.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

·Experience administering Atlassian products, including Jira Align, at an enterprise level. Familiarity with Atlassian architecture, API, database tables, application logs, and email handlers. Experience with Jira Query Language (JQL), scripting, and automation. (Five (5) points will be given for every one (1) year of experience for a maximum of twenty-five (25) points)

·Experience with Atlassian migrations, either within the Atlassian ecosystem or to /from external systems. Owning, managing, defining, and optimizing standard SaaS tools and processes to drive tool-specific best practices and increased collaboration.

·Five (5) points will be given for every one (1) year of experience for a maximum of fifteen (15) points.

·Current Atlassian Certifications. Fifteen (15) points.

·Experience maintaining the scalability, sustainability, and manageability following industry standards and best practices for enterprise Atlassian ecosystems. Demonstrated experience developing Jira workflows, customizations, and standardizations to support enterprise level reporting. (Five (5) points will be given for every one (1) year of experience for a maximum of fifteen (15) points).
