Mandatory Requirements

·Experience as an IT Architect on projects designing secure network and application

·systems.

·Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Cloud Computing Architecture.

·Expertise in designing across applications, data, network, security, and business

·systems to enable teams to build scalable, high-performing, and supportable

·applications using modern architectures, patterns, and processes.

·Collaborates with business and technical partners to define deployment strategies by

·establishing scope that increases business and customer value (e.g., determining the

·Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and ensuring continuous delivery of improvements for

·maximum value).

·Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking systems, programming languages,

·and operating systems.

·In-depth knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines, with

·proven strategic thinking capabilities.

·Experience in designing and implementing:

·Cloud integration plans.

·Enterprise strategy, business, application, data, technology, and security

·architectures.

·Project and program delivery.

·Proficiency in deep systems architecture involving platforms such as AWS and Azure,

·addressing unique management and business challenges.

·Ability to research industry trends, understand best practices, and implement informed

·process changes.

·Knowledge of strategic planning, integration strategies, and lifecycle sustainability to

·ensure alignment between business strategies and Information Technology.

Education:

·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

·At least 9 years of experience in applying enterprise-level architecture principles in

·solution engineering for applications, infrastructure, and cloud systems.

·Formal education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related

·field may substitute for the required years of experience.

·Desired Skills

·It is desirable for the Vendor’s proposed Expert Level Resource to have:

·Certifications from recognized institutions in relevant technology stacks that demonstrate

·mastery of the subject. Examples include, but are not limited to:

·CISSP, CCNA, TOGAF, CEH, CISM, GIAC, ITIL, GCIA, GCIH, GSEC.

·Expert-level skills in IT Architecture, including designing and implementing secure

·network and application systems.

·Comprehensive knowledge of:

·Cloud Computing Architecture.

·IT Security Architecture.

·Application, data, or network architecture.

·Ability to create a secure, sustainable IT architecture or Disaster Recovery (DR) strategy and

·design across applications, networks, and business systems.
