This is NOT an IT Program Manager role. This role entails interfacing and managing executive leadership of both customer and customer’s customer

Job Description:
Strategic Customer Engagement:
Developing and executing comprehensive customer delivery plans aligned with business goals, identifying key customer needs and prioritizing outcomes.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building strong relationships and communication with key customer stakeholders, proactively identifying potential issues, and providing regular updates for outcomes, delivery schedule and milestones.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Working closely with sales, services, product, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and address customer needs effectively.
Champion product features and quality:
Work with sales and customers to identify future feature requirements, present business case to product teams for new feature requests. Liaison with engineering teams for quality issues.
Customer Feedback Management:
Actively collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform engineering roadmaps.
Program Design and Implementation:
Designing and executing customer programs, including customer education initiatives, best practice sharing, and customer events (Workshops, EBCs, etc.)
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience managing large, complex programs with multiple projects and stakeholders
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
Leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving program goals
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Understanding of business operations and strategic priorities
