Role: ITIL V4 Lead

Location: Providence, Rhode Island (Remote)

Hiring Mode: Contract

Mandatory Skills:

• Should have implemented ITIL V4 all 34 practices in at least one Engagement end to end.
• Assess current ITSM processes and identify gaps; specifically has good knowledge on 34 processes as per ITIL Version 4.
• Develop and implement new ITSM processes adhering to ITIL standards.
• Collaborate with Customer stakeholders to ensure process alignment with business goals.
• Provide guidance and training on ITSM best practices, Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ITSM processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements; should have implemented ITIL V4 in at least one Engagement end to end.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within ITSM.
