Job Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Lead

Position: Oracle Channel Revenue Management Lead

Location: Remote

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Lead to take on the role of Oracle Channel Revenue Management Lead. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM), specifically focusing on optimizing channel rebate programs to enhance profitability. This position requires deep knowledge of order management and experience in leading and executing end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, with a specific emphasis on Channel Revenue Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Channel Revenue Management (CRM) processes in Oracle Cloud SCM, focusing on rebate program management for increased profitability.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in Oracle Order Management and Channel Revenue Management, providing guidance on best practices for system configurations and business processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions into business operations, including order management, channel sales, and revenue recognition.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives for channel revenue.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations on improving operational efficiency and profitability through optimized channel revenue management strategies.
  • Manage and support the Oracle Cloud SCM solution post-implementation, ensuring ongoing optimization and support.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous system enhancements to align with evolving business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and operational requirements while managing the Oracle Channel Revenue Management module.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud SCM, with at least 2 end-to-end implementations focusing on Order Management and Channel Revenue Management.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules, particularly Oracle Order Management and Oracle Channel Revenue Management.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of channel rebate programs and strategies for maximizing profitability.
  • Implementation Expertise: Proven track record of managing full-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, from requirement gathering through to go-live and post-go-live support.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to identify issues and propose solutions within the Oracle SCM framework.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with additional Oracle Cloud SCM modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, etc.).
  • Certification in Oracle Cloud SCM or relevant Oracle applications.
  • Previous experience in a functional lead role or project management role for Oracle SCM implementations.
