Job Description –
Java Technical Support Engineer/Manager
New York, New York
(Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME in Java application development area
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Run the JIRA ticket system
- Implement system enhancements.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency as a Java developer using Angular, React, AWS technologies
- Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Java Developer
- Experience in system integration.
- Experience as a manager running the Jira system
- Must have prior experience working directly with clients
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Ensure effective communication with clients.
