Job Description –

Java Technical Support Engineer/Manager
New York, New York
(Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite) 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME in Java application development area
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform
  • Run the JIRA ticket system
  • Implement system enhancements.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency as a Java developer using Angular, React, AWS technologies
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Java Developer
  • Experience in system integration.
  • Experience as a manager running the Jira system
  • Must have prior experience working directly with clients
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients.
