Job Description –

Position: Fircosoft Developer

Location: Remote

MOI – Skype

Technical Expertise:

o Proficiency in Fircosoft Continuity, including configuration and customization.

o Strong knowledge of transaction screening, payment filtering, and sanctions compliance processes.

o Experience with SQL and relational databases.

o Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST APIs, middleware tools, and file-based integration.

o Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments for Fircosoft installations and configurations.

• Compliance Knowledge:

o Understanding of AML, sanctions screening, and global regulatory compliance standards.

o Ability to translate compliance requirements into technical solutions.

• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

o Strong troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

o Analytical thinking to optimize system performance and functionality.

• Soft Skills:

o Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
