Senior level IT professional responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and testing of Enterprise Service Now implementation. Work with a team of testers to develop and execute test plans, identify and fix defects. Responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance and testing, developing and executing test plans, developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures, maintaining test documentation, automating tests.
