Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MDM (Master Data Management) Analyst with expertise in Healthcare Organizations (HCO), Healthcare Providers (HCP), and Patient Product Management. The candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing data quality, governance, and integration processes to ensure the accurate and efficient use of master data across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define MDM solutions for HCO, HCP, and Patient Product data.
  • Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and governance frameworks to support master data management initiatives.
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate MDM solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of master data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support the implementation of MDM tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in HCO, HCP, and Patient Product domains.
  • Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

  1. MDM Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles, processes, and tools.
    • Experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similar.
  2. Healthcare Domain Knowledge:

    • In-depth knowledge of Healthcare Organizations (HCO), Healthcare Providers (HCP), and Patient Product Management.
    • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
  3. Data Management Skills:

    • Proficiency in data modeling, data profiling, and cleansing techniques.
    • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  4. Analytical Skills:

    • Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
    • Experience in creating dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  5. Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
