Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IAM – Senior Development Lead. In this role, you will play a crucial role in leading the development team and designing innovative and scalable IAM solutions for our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:
   • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
   • Manage and mentor developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
   • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of development efforts.
2. IAM – Solution Architecture:
   • Design and architect software solutions that meet business requirements and align with the organization’s overall architecture and technology strategy.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
   • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for solution development.
   • Ensure the scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of the designed solutions.
3. Development and Coding:
   • Lead the development team in implementing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
   • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
   • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
   • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to the development team.
4. Technical Strategy and Roadmap:
   • Collaborate with senior management to define the technical strategy and roadmap for the organization.
   • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
   • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the development process.
   • Propose and drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (10+ years) as an IAM Development Lead or IAM Solution Architect, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies and platform – Saviynt [ Must ]
• Extensive experience in solution design and architecture, including designing scalable and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and DevOps principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in solution architecture or software development.
• Experience in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization, and orchestration technologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and technologies (e.g., ESB, ETL, API management).
• Understanding of security principles and best practices in application design and development.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
