Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Technical Skills : JavaScript Stibo Supply Chain Management Stibo MDM.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of scalable high-performance supply chain solutions using Stibo MDM and JavaScript.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Drive the adoption of best practices in supply chain management and software development.
Ensure the security reliability and scalability of all architecture solutions.
Conduct thorough reviews of existing systems and processes recommending improvements where necessary.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in supply chain management and MDM solutions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Analyze complex data and systems proposing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Work closely with stakeholders to define project scopes goals and deliverables.
Ensure all solutions align with the companys strategic goals and contribute to its long-term success.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities in relevant technologies.
Manage project timelines resources and budgets effectively ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Qualifications:

Must have extensive experience in JavaScript demonstrating strong coding and architectural skills.
Proven track record in designing and implementing solutions in Supply Chain Management.
In-depth knowledge of Stibo MDM is essential with hands-on experience in Stibo Systems.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in leading projects and guiding teams towards successful outcomes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A commitment to staying informed about the latest industry trends and technologies.
