Job Description::

Key Responsibilities: 

Implementation and Customization: 

  • Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 applications based on business needs. Customize Dynamics 365 modules, including CRM, Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and other relevant apps.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis: 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business processes into technical solutions within Dynamics 365.

Integration and Migration: 

  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and other Microsoft products (e.g., Power Platform, Azure).
  • Manage data migration tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Support and Maintenance: 

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 systems. Optimize system performance and implement upgrades when required.

Training and Documentation: 

  • Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions.
  • Document technical solutions and maintain system design documentation.
  • Collaboration and Best Practices:  Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills: 

Technical Expertise: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or ERP).
  • Proficiency in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 using PowerApps, Power Automate, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations using Azure services, REST APIs, and third-party tools.

Functional Knowledge: 

  • Strong understanding of business processes across various domains (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain).
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 modules like Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: 

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to map business requirements into technical solutions.

Soft Skills: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM or ERP).
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Other relevant Microsoft certifications.
