We are advancing Mars Wrigley’s consumer focused data strategy built on martech and adtech platforms, enabled through the Global Data Science and Advanced Analytics team, leading both a capability and cultural change of being data driven with measurable business benefits.

As a Marketing Data Analyst, your focus will be on our fruity and gum brands in the US market with broader segment and global opportunities. You will use advanced analytics and visualization to measure the performance and effectiveness of digital channels and marketing campaigns to drive overall campaign efficiency and effectiveness. This role demands a blend of analytical expertise, strategic acumen, and ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate will manage detailed data analysis, campaign reporting, and closely collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic decisions. They should also possess expertise across various marketing verticals including social media, programmatic advertising, web analytics, CRM, and paid media.

What are we looking for?
 

  • Bachelors Degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in the fields of Analytics, Data Science, or Strategy demonstrating the ability to derive insights offering marketing solutions. Agency experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools
  • Experience with website measurement and tagging tools (e.g., GA/GTM) and troubleshooting tag configuration.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Lookr, Datorama, plotly, ggplot, seaborn)
