8 years experience as a Product Manager or equivalent experience owning, prioritizing and driving a product strategy to meet market and business needs for payroll, benefits or HR solutions – Required
Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Benefits and Payroll application – Required
Working knowledge of statutes/regulations and union agreements with respect to Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Administration, etc.. Preferred
Experience with Shared Services. Preferred
Experience with waterfall, agile and scrum methodologies – Required
Strong project management skills. Required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project planning and implementation skills. Required
Education
Bachelors degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training-required
