• Hands-on 2-5 years of recent Professional Services/Enterprise Product Implementation or related experience is required, SaaS experience
• Solid technical skills and aptitude are required. Technical areas such as CRM, relational databases, data integration processes (querying, joining, and transforming large complex datasets), Salesforce.com, and various SaaS platforms are considered relevant
• 1-5 years of experience working in a Customer Success role (CSM, CS Ops, etc.), preferably using Gainsight as a Customer Success Platform.
Hiring Manager Requirements:
1. Migration Expertise:
o Experience with data migration processes and tools.
2. Customer Success Management:
o Strong background as a Customer Success Manager (CSM).
o Proven track record in managing customer relationships and driving customer success.
3. Salesforce Functional Understanding:
o Solid functional knowledge of Salesforce.
o Ability to configure and optimize Salesforce for customer success processes.
4. Relational Database Skills:
o Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with relational databases.
o Proficient in querying, joining, and transforming large datasets.
5. Customer-Facing Consultant:
o Extensive experience in a customer-facing role.
o Ability to interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
6. Basic CRM Experience:
o Familiarity with basic CRM functionalities and best practices.
7. Multi-Platform Handling:
o Experience in managing and integrating multiple platforms simultaneously.
