Description:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in IT or other related or four (4) years of equivalent work experience is required.
Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis when applicable. The Department requires the following experience, skills, and/or knowledge for this position:
• Five (5) years of experience in participating in the architecting complex IT systems;
• Five (5) years of experience with technical design using analytical skills;
• Five (5) years of experience on technical teams in large-scale projects with components of infrastructure improvements and software development;
• Five (5) years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
• Five (5) years of experience in building integrations between applications on different hardware platforms;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• Strong leadership and motivational skills; and
• Experience in modeling and graphical representations.
