Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Network Deployment and Project Management Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of network infrastructure and IT projects. The ideal candidate will bring 10 years of expertise in project management, network engineering, and stakeholder communication to deliver high-performance solutions tailored to organizational needs. This role involves end-to-end oversight of project lifecycles, infrastructure assessments, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration for both IT and network-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex network infrastructure and IT projects, including site assessments, equipment placements, and cabling pathways.
- Develop detailed project plans, technical documentation, and schedules to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers, engineers, and stakeholders, to align on project requirements, timelines, and objectives.
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs to assess project needs, optimize installation efficiency, and mitigate risks.
- Oversee network security, Wi-Fi optimization, and infrastructure reliability improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Coordinate the deployment of IT infrastructure across large-scale facilities, ensuring seamless integration and operational readiness.
- Manage risk mitigation strategies and adherence to safety and compliance standards throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor project progress, manage resources effectively, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Proven expertise in project management and network infrastructure planning, including evaluating office layouts and determining optimal placement for IT and network solutions.
