Job Title : Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud services.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and services.
• Manage and optimize the organization’s data centers and network infrastructure.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and services.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations regarding infrastructure security.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
Qualification and experience :
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong background in server, storage, network, and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure management tools, monitoring systems, and ITIL best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and data center management.
• Certifications like ITIL, Cisco, VMware, or equivalent are a plus
