Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage technology projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (investment, quant, and technology) to define project requirements.
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings to ensure clear communication of goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Create clear and visually engaging presentations for senior management.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Collaborate with development teams, vendors, and other departments to ensure timely implementation of technology solutions.
Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies.

Required Skills:

5-10 years of experience in project management within the financial services industry, specifically in asset management.
5+ years of experience working in the financial industry
Strong experience of investment management processes, particularly in fixed income.
PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred.
Proven ability to manage technology-driven projects and strong organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and manage expectations across stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

Experience with portfolio management systems or financial technology tools.
Familiarity with fixed income products and investment technology solutions.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
