Implement and configure the ServiceNow SAM platform according to business requirements.Maintain and optimize the SAM platform, ensuring accurate tracking of software licenses and compliance.Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to manage software inventory and lifecycle.Develop and enforce policies and procedures for effective software asset management.Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in software asset management and ServiceNow features.Generate reports and insights for management on software utilization and compliance.Experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro capabilities like license cost optimization & entitlement packs.Experience in scripting and automation within ServiceNow.Manage Service Now Vulnerability ModuleSnow Coding , AutomationDesigning Dashboarding , WorkflowsHandling Tenable Snow Integration issue , CMDB/IPAM integration issues , Troubleshooting and vendor coordination , Root cause analysis.Working with Vulnerability Management closely and redesign the assignment logics & modifications.Designing Dashboarding , WorkflowsSnow Patching & UpgradeCleanup taskKnowledge on SecOps & GRC module alsoInvolvement in Other Automation task ( Python , PowerShell & Ansible).Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
