Position: Java/AWS Engineers
Location: Florida ( Local )
Project Length: 12+ months
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java/AWS Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java development and a proven track record of working with AWS cloud services. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native applications and solutions that leverage AWS infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to design and implement cloud-native solutions.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
- Monitor and optimize system performance using AWS CloudWatch and other monitoring tools.
- Must be excellent with React, APIs, Redux, CSS, Kafka, Kubernetes, multithreading
- Proficient in Java 10+ years
- Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud computing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
