Role : Windows Systems Administrator
Location : Columbus, OH – Remote ( only onsite on 3rd Wednesday of each month )
Duration : 6 Months
You will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with strong communication skills.
- Create and maintain documentation for the BWC teams.
- Lead Knowledge Transfer sessions to share expertise with BWC teams.
- Recommend automated solutions to streamline task execution where applicable.
- Demonstrate proficiency in PowerShell scripting for system automation and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and operational processes.
- Manage Windows Updates, File Sharing, DFS, patching, Qualys report analysis, and PowerShell scripting.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software critical for network and server administration, business continuity, information security, telecommunications, and SAN (Storage Area Network) management.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple technology domains for our customers.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience designing and administering Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022).
- Hands-on experience with SCCM, Active Directory (AD), and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance optimization and issue resolution.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience with Power BI and Cloud technologies is a plus.
