Roles and Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing systems
- System Design and Implementation:
- Design and implement technical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Develop and customize software applications to meet specific retail domain needs
- Chatbot Development and Integration:
- Lead the implementation of chatbot solutions, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning models.
- Integrate chatbots with existing retail systems to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
- Project Management:
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of implemented solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Documentation and Training:
- Create detailed documentation for system designs, processes, and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and business metrics
- Customer Support and Troubleshooting:
- Offer technical support and troubleshoot issues related to implemented systems and chatbots.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of retail systems and chatbot services
