Delivery & Operations Lead

Essential Skills:

? 10+ years experience in working with and delivering services to defense primes, DoD.? Experience in setting up, managing delivery centers for aerospace and defense business for an IT major.? Sound knowledge of requirements for providing ITAR, CUI, FCI services to clients. ? Deep understanding of FAR, DFARS requirements. Experience in working with different types of defense contracts and handling DCMA requirements.? Understanding of federal requirements including but not limited to CMMC, NIST 800-171, FedRAMP etc.? Experience in working with hyperscalers and providing services using government clouds.? Planning and executing large complex programs covering all aspects of development lifecycle. Managing budget and resources for delivery. ? Ensuring strong governance and compliance to all federal and organizational requirements.? Identifying and managing risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.? Communicating with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the deliveries.? Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills.? Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering or Business from accredited college or university.
