Position: WorkFusion Lead
Location: San Antonio TX Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Lead automation projects from inception through delivery, focusing on RPA solutions using WorkFusion.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop automation strategies that align with organizational goals.
Architect, design, and implement automation workflows, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Supervise and mentor a team of RPA developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions, maintaining best practices in coding and configuration.
Conduct reviews and quality assurance on automation processes to ensure solutions meet compliance and security standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing and maintaining existing WorkFusion bots.
Document processes, create technical reports, and provide training to team members and end-users.
Continuously monitor the industry for advancements in RPA and intelligent automation to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of experience in RPA, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in WorkFusion.
Demonstrated experience leading RPA teams and managing large-scale automation projects.
Expertise in WorkFusion’s intelligent automation capabilities, including RPA, OCR, and machine learning.
Strong technical skills in designing, developing, and deploying automated workflows.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing complex technical challenges.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
WorkFusion Certification.
Knowledge of other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath) is advantageous.
Experience in AI and machine learning integration in RPA projects is a plus.
