ServiceNow Engineer – Predictive Intelligence

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Engineer / Developer with a strong focus on Predictive Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing predictive models within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Predictive Model Development: Design, develop, and implement predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast trends, identify anomalies, and optimize service delivery.
- ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM(SPM), to build robust and scalable solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Scripting to customize and extend ServiceNow functionalities.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of predictive models to ensure accurate and timely insights.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to predictive intelligence solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow best practices, emerging trends in predictive analytics, and industry advancements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer / Developer
- Strong focus on Predictive Intelligence
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules, especially ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM(SPM)
- Experience in designing and implementing predictive models using Machine Learning techniques
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Scripting
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting tools
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification (preferred)
