SAP BRIM Solution Architect

Job Description:
As a SAP BRIM Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP BRIM billing solutions for large-scale Telecom projects. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into robust SAP BRIM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Lead the design and development of comprehensive SAP BRIM architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Requirement Gathering: Conduct workshops and blueprinting sessions to elicit and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.
- Technical Design: Develop detailed technical designs, including system integration strategies for seamless integration with SAP modules (CI, FICA, CM, CPI, Fiori apps) and third-party systems.
- Configuration and Customization: Oversee the end-to-end configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP BRIM modules (CI and FICA) to meet specific business needs.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP BRIM with other SAP modules and external systems through various interfaces (File, API, Kafka Messaging).
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions to challenges.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP BRIM technologies and industry trends, driving innovation and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- SAP BRIM Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM (Billing & Revenue Innovation Management) with a deep understanding of its core functionalities.
- SAP Module Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICA (Finance & Contract Accounting) and SAP CI (Convergent Invoice) modules.
- Integration Skills: Experience in integrating SAP BRIM with other SAP modules (CM, CPI, Fiori apps) and third-party systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and ABAP development.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of telecom business processes and requirements.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications, including SAP BRIM.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the telecom industry.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
