Role: SAP TM (Transport Management)
Location: Phoenix, AZ-onsite
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in transport or logistics management, including experience in fleet management, route planning, and logistics coordination.
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations, including DOT, OSHA, and other safety standards.
- Proven experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and improving operational efficiency.
- Experience with transport management software (TMS) and fleet management tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership and team management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- In-depth knowledge of route optimization and fleet maintenance.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to timely and quality service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and transport management software.
