· Knowledge on Capital markets space

· Good to have knowledge on Loans platform, Structured Debt

· Who can double-up as SCRUM lead

· Who has basic data, analytics – write query to pull data, etc.

· Analyzes, define and prioritizes the business requirements, functional specifications

· Understand and write the requirements for legacy Appln , discuss with Business/Product owner and the target Appln is rewrite and modernize

· Good communication and writing skills
