Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst with 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to accurately identify and document business requirements.
    • Translate complex business needs into clear and concise functional specifications.
  • Salesforce Solution Design:
    • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
    • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and Salesforce standards.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple Salesforce projects, from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
    • Effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, such as process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
    • Educate and promote Salesforce best practices and standards within the organization.
  • Backlog Management:
    • Participate in backlog grooming sessions to prioritize and refine product backlog items.
    • Assist the product owner in defining product vision and roadmap.
  • Scope Management:
    • Monitor project scope and identify any potential deviations from the original scope.
    • Manage change requests and ensure they are properly documented and approved.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Salesforce Service Cloud: Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, and Visualforce (preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
