Job Role: GenAI Business Analyst with Salesforce service cloud

Location: Chicago, IL (Local preferred. Open for remote profiles from EST/CST locations – need to work in CST)

GenAI Business Analyst/Business System Analyst who has good communication and good hands-on exposure in Salesforce Service Cloud.

Past experience / current project working as a BA in a GenAI project. Either integration or executing strategic planning for GenAI / AI initiatives.
hands-on exposure in Salesforce Service Cloud.

Qualification

Ability to develop and execute a strategic plan to drive AI technology initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to identify opportunities for GenAI/AI integration and innovation.
Develop use cases and business cases for GenAI/AI projects
Collaborate with vendors and partners to identify and implement AI solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Strong knowledge of various machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and AI technologies, Tools.
Ability to quickly prototype ideas and solve complex problems by adapting creative approaches
Have good exposure and knowledge to work with Salesforce service cloud.
