Role: BISO GRC Specialist
- Lead the assessment and ongoing monitoring of non-technical risk processes and control operations across the bank
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and standards to effectively manage non-financial risks
- Work closely with business lines to identify, assess, and mitigate non-financial risks
- Facilitate the creation and execution of risk mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of business processes and controls
- Provide expert advice and support to business units in managing their non-financial risk responsibilities
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and relevant committees.
