· Partnering closely with support on serving our customers
· Creating playbooks for engineering and support to ensure smooth operations
· Improving the platform observability and operations
· Contribute operational reliability as a member of the product on-call rotation.
· Technologies we use: Linux, Kubernetes, Go, gRPC, MySQL, Istio, Prometheus, Cloud Native Buildpacks.”
