Job Title: Product Manager/Program Manager – Contractual and Commercial Expertise
Location: US (Houston/Austin preferred)
Required Skills:
·Program/Project Management: 3-7 years of experience in product or program management roles.
·Contractual/Commercial Space Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with contractual or commercial processes (pricing, quoting, etc.).
·Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving clarity and consensus.
·Team Leadership: Proven ability to bring together diverse teams and align them towards common goals.
·Tools Expertise: Proficient in using JIRA for managing epics, features, and user stories. Familiarity with Signavio or other process mapping tools is a plus.
·Agile Methodologies: Comfortable working in Agile environments, managing backlogs, and ensuring successful execution.
