Required

8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience
Experience of D365 Commerce / AX 20212 Retail implementations and support
Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade
Experience of code / fix push to CPOS
Experience of setting up new stores, store migrations
Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, CPOS
Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately
Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage them
Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectation
Good presentation and communication skills
Good experience of working in multi-vendor environment
Should be okay with Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model
Travel as needed per business requirement
