Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Python developer to join our fast-paced development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality Python applications. You will also collaborate closely with our team of developers, testers, and product managers to deliver features and enhancements on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop robust and maintainable Python-based applications.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs.
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Write and maintain reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Python developer, with proficiency in Python, Django, Flask, or other frameworks.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Understanding of server-side templating languages (e.g., Jinja 2, Mako).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments).
- Experience with agile methodologies.
