Business Analyst/ PM (Remote) 
6-month contract to hire.
Visa : USC OR GC

Client : Regions Bank

Job Description

Our client is in the Financial and Banking space is looking for a Business Analyst/PM. This individual advocates for the business clients on projects in all phases of the solution development lifecycle for each critical stage. This will include initiation, analysis, development, testing, and post-implementation follow-up. They will need a strong knowledge of software and systems architecture, methods, and terminology. This individual is responsible for the planning, executing and managing projects and programs through out the company, as well as the ability to research and analyze data. They will make sure that all the tickets are being sent to the right department

Required Skills

• 5 years as a Business Analyst
• PM tools Jira and Confluence experience
• Strong skills with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, ect)
• 2 years of experience managing projects fast paced Environment
• 2 Business/Systems Analysis
• 1 years working in a technical role.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years working experience.

Bonus/Soft skills

• Finance and banking background
• PMI, ACP or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
