I am Pavani from Sage IT INC, one of my clients is  Looking for Window/Support Engineer  – Team Lead (onsite).Please let me know if you would like to move forward with the below position.    

Title: Window/Support Engineer  – Team Lead

Location : Dallas, TX (onsite)

Duration: long term Contract

 Note:Need H1b and PP no is Mandatory.Locals to TX only.

Job Description

Must-have skills for this role:

1. AWS platform management, administration

2. Windows OS / Active Directory administration

3. Nutanix, Citrix, Commvault, Avamar.

Primary job duties/responsibilities:

– Lead an offshore team of system administrators to support & manage approx. 3000 VMs.

– Administer and manage AWS platform and various AWS services in use.

– Support & manage client’s server infrastructure in various power plant.

– Work with security services and the client’s business teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities.

– Actively participate in driving to resolution any tickets (incl. P1/P2) logged.

– Adhere to and help improve client’s security poster.

– Work closely with other cross functional teams to identify and resolve any issues.

Nice-to-have skills:

1. Other AWS services the client uses – Storage Gateway, FSX, Lambda, VPC, EC2, API Gateway, Code Commit, RDS, MQ, Config, Cloud Trail, ELB, OpenSearch, Glue, Route 53, Elasti Cache, Shiled, Workspace, WAF, Managed Airflow, Directory Service, Kenisis, Secrets Manager, Transfer Family, Guard Duty, Storage Gateway.

2. Python.
